When Saucony was acquired by the Stride Rite Corporation, the kid’s group, under my design direction, took over Saucony Kids product creation. At that time, the annual Saucony Kids business was $1 million. By 2023, we had grown the global Saucony Kids business to more than $25 million.

Our team of kid product experts prided ourselves on engineering Saucony Kids not only for performance runners but also for the unique biomechanics and fit required for children’s proper foot development and performance. On top of that foundation, we added a robust layer of consumer-specific color, detailing, novelty, and closures. The result was the creation of an industry-leading athletic product line under the Saucony brand umbrella.
