Throughout my career, global corporations have entrusted me with building and leading product creation teams responsible for expansive brand portfolios across performance and lifestyle footwear categories.

I believe that the consumer is at the heart of all relevant innovation. I believe that consumer and market research, through both data and first-hand observation, is critical to identifying problems to solve and incremental whitespace opportunities. I believe that product teams need a leader who is not only a mentor but also provides the focus and prioritization to allow time and space for exploration and collaboration.
